**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee project management processes and ensure timely delivery of client projects within scope and budget.
- Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce development to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence throughout the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business success and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or operations leadership roles, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
- MUST have experience in government and federal contracting and vendor management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
