Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand ProHealth's market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, employers, and government agencies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze market data and industry trends to inform decision-making and refine business development strategies.
- Represent ProHealth at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments affecting healthcare markets and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including pipeline status, revenue projections, and key performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the healthcare industry, strongly encouraged.
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, trends, and regulatory landscapes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
