Ecommerce Sales Administrative Coordinator

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manages brand inventory and maintains database for specific accounts.
- Coordinates the movement of certain products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
- Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records and/or conducting physical inventories of required items.
- Daily order processing and inventory management for specific ecommerce and PR accounts as well as order follow up for same.
- Manually handles and investigates finished product as needed on site.
- Supports Manager with light ecommerce initiatives such as gathering inventory and shipping out samples.
- Documents all related activities, prepares and completes forms and reports.
- Performs other related duties as directed.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Knowledge of Warehouse software such as WMS, SAP and Shopify as well as Microsoft Office a plus.
- Basic understanding of consumer delivery partners (i.e. FedEx, UPS and USPS) and their Claims procedures.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,500.00 per year
