Job DescriptionJob Description

Introduction: We are seeking a junior or mid level Technical Operations and Web Support Specialist to join our operations and web support department. Training will be provided but having some background in the technical field is mandatory. Our company believes in work-life balance and thus we close by 4 pm every day (Monday to Thursday) and 3 pm on Fridays. Furnished professional offices with a family-oriented atmosphere. Generous time off, sick days, personal days etc. 

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management through EDI : We use third-party EDI system True Commerce and SPS Commerce to work with our customers like Walmart, Macy's etc. You will be responsible to set up new customers and manage orders, invoicing etc. of current customers. 
  • Amazon Seller Central Maintenance: Manage product listings, coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product details and pricing are up-to-date. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve sales strategies.
  • WERCs, Item 360, 1WorldSync: You will work with the third party system to setup the items and customers and will process their orders. 
  • Website Technical support: You will work with all our websites to ensure sites data is updated, new items are added, orders processing etc. We do have an overseas full time programmer and in-house sales and marketing team. You will work with them to maximize website sales. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably with exposure to EDI, Amazon Seller Central, WERCs, and Item 360.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with EDI software, QuickBooks, Magento, WERCs, Item 360 etc. are preferred..
  • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and understanding of e-commerce business models for other platforms. 
  • Technical proficiency.
