We have an exciting Short -term Quality Specialist opportunity where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The primary focus of this position is to implement and maintain the quality management system, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes. The Quality Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall product quality. This is a 1-3 month assignment.

- Implement and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
- Coordinate and conduct product testing as required.
- Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance overall product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
