We are looking for a Purchasing/Production Assistant. This position supports LA plant materials purchasing and production cost analysis.

**Job Duty**:

- Issue purchase orders and work orders based on production schedule and inventory levels
- Data entry to ensure PO dates and quantities are always updated based on inventory receipts
- Manage, analyze and audit BOMs tied to production to ensure accuracy of data
- Monitor inventory levels at different warehouses
- Purchase, coordinate and track inbound/outbound
- Production cost analysis

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**:

- US work authorization (required)
- Bachelors (preferred)
- Bilingual is preferred (English & Chinese - Mandarin)
- 1-2 years of Production, Planning or Inventory experience
- General understanding of operations and supply chain procedures
- Solid organizational skills
- Working intermediate level knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and purchasing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong analytical mindset
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- ERP, OR MRP Experience

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No Remote Work

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
