**Construction Administrative Assistant**

**American Renovation Network Inc.** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our construction projects and operations, ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and field crews.
- Manage project documents, including contracts, permits, submittals, and RFIs.
- Create and maintain project filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Assist with project scheduling, including creating and updating calendars and maintaining project timelines.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders (owners, architects, subcontractors).
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Process invoices, track budgets, and perform other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Construction industry experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn CRM and Software
