Bar Manager

We are looking for energetic, people oriented, professionals with a passion for the food and beverage industry. Team work and leadership skills are mandatory.

Daily:

- Reports Directly to General Manager
- Approving/Denying Shift changes
- Server side station organized, shelves organized with china/ glass being stored in a safe manner, and proper FIFO system being utilized
- Maintain proper labeling and organization of server side stations
- Adhere and enforce all service standards
- Utilize Pit Boss system

Weekly:

- Proper staffing par levels for Servers, Cocktail Servers, Bussers, Expo, Runners, and Hostess to be maintained for each given day and season. Any and all separations need to be reported to the GM to place an ad that we are hiring. If it’s an involuntary separation the DOO will conduct the separation with the employee.
- Weekly schedule posted for Servers, Bussers, Cocktail Servers, Expo, Runner, and Hostess by 5pm on Wednesday for the following week
- Write schedule to reflect shift needs and maintain a labor budget of (fill in budget)
- any scheduled over spend needs to be approved by GM
- Conduct N/A Beverage inventory and submit to DOO by 12pm on Monday mornings.
- Place Coffee and Tea order
- (Day of week)
- Place receipt paper and ink order
- (Day of Week)
- Submit office supply and first aid needs to corporate office on Monday for a delivery that week.
- Any complaint of service
- Generate “industry” business to increase late night sales. Track your efforts and report on them each week at weekly manager meeting

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Restaurant type:

- Fine dining restaurant

- 10 hour shift

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Experience: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Scottsdale, AZ 85255: Relocate before starting work (required)
