This is a High Volume level position.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Permits
- Work directly with municipalities, developers, surveyors, and engineers throughout Texas in order to obtain the necessary documentation, permits, and approvals for new home construction.
- This includes ordering plot plans, job plans, engineering, energy reports, and submitting check requests for a backlog of 50-100 homes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet daily and weekly deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
