- Work with client personnel
- onsite facilities management and MPS lead/management
- Will be working with one additional tech onsite supporting the client’s printer services
- Devices are HP Printers
- recently replaced Xerox with HP
- Serves as the primary KDC (Key Device Contact) supporting and coordinating activities with the client’s Managed Print Services (MPS) team.
- Responsible for daily floor walks
- visiting each printer with the offices supported on a daily basis to determine needs of the printers (toner, error, paper, jam, maintenance, etc.)
- Assist with client audits
- performing printer inventory and supply inventory
- IP assignments, updating printer password as needed
- Manager tickets through Service Insight ticketing system-Troubleshoot printer issues report by the client staff
- Resolve printer technical issues onsite and/or remote diagnostics
- Provide MACD support; move, add, and delete services as requested. Includes physical movement of desktop printer models when an office change is required.

Printer installation services to include

1. Unbox the printer, configure the hardware, and do a Power On-Self Test (POST)

2. Attach the printer to clients network connection and configure the printers IP address

3. Run the vendor-supplied trouble shooting procedures if there are any error messages

4. Update the Service Request/ mark as complete
- High School Diploma
- 1 - 2 years of related experience
- A+ certification required
- Basic IT and Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Tools
- Ability to track, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues
