As an Experienced Pool Technician at Puddle Pool Services, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining swimming pools for our residential and commercial clients. Your primary duties will include:

- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, testing chemical levels, and vacuuming pools
- Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, and filters
- Conducting in-water services, which may include underwater repairs and deep cleaning
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to pool functionality and water quality
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining maintenance procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of services provided and materials used

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a pool technician
- Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment mechanics
- Ability to perform in-water services with appropriate safety measures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
