Why This Role is Valuable
**The Account Executive**: Wholesale and Distributor Team is responsible for developing and fostering collaborative relationships with wholesalers, distributors, brokers, and the key retailers they service.

Key Areas of Responsibility Strategy and Business Plan creation among Wholesalers, Distributors, Brokers, and Retailers. Generate, agree, and implement a strategic business plan aligned to overall wholesale and distributor strategic plan. Act as primary selling interface at wholesale, distributor, broker, and headquarters calling on key decision makers to expand distribution of Kerrygold items. Provide brokers with account intelligence and recommendations for effective planning and programming. Manage day-to-day relationships with wholesaler, distributor, and brokers and provide effective communication between relevant Ornua teams and customer teams.
Key requirements A minimum of 2-3 years of previous sales or analytical experience Possess a degree in Business or Marketing Knowledge of wholesaler and distributor operations is preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Strong organizational and planning skills, detail oriented, resilient, ability to multi-task Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
