**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Customer Service Representative**:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. HVAC - Customer Service dispatching experience preferred but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate Permits, work with install manager and townships
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Duties**:
**Work with the team**:_ _**You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently - everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer.

**Develop your expertise**: As a marketing specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and services. This role plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital and print space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

**Job Requirements**:
**You love to learn**: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone - from the customer to the team to yourself. You’re even willing to be cross-trained in other areas.
