U.S. Legal Support seeks a Premium Support Manager that resolve challenges, can work under pressure, and an excellent communicator. Premium Support Manager for U.S. Legal Support include responsibilities that may vary greatly depending on the type of litigation and the size of the case.

If you possess these qualities, consider joining our legal service team **in a remote role that works **_M-F_** **_8:30 - 5:30 Eastern time_

**Premium Support Manager **Job Functions**:

- Manage resources to specific performance expectations to create an engaged an accountable workforce that delivers a superior client experience
- Collaborate with supervisor to provide regular and ongoing communication
- Dependent upon the case/client, the Premium Support Manager may also be required to perform or share the following duties (Client Services and Calendar Manager)
- Respond to urgent client and resource requests outside normal business hours
- Build and nurture working relationships with all area service resources
- Partner with Sales to ensure client satisfaction
- Actively demonstrate company values
- Consult with Production for Deliverables; Rough Drafts, Exhibits, Transcripts and Video
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Initial Planning**:
Gather to review; notice of deposition, complaint, caption and/or any information made available from the sales team to start your research.

Develop case specific “standing order”
- Special requests for deliverables; real time, rough, transcript delivery needs, exhibits and video
- know all the parties who will be participating in the case; if so reach out to them as well to see if they would like to start a standing order
- Create case memos and enter notes into RB accordingly
- Communicate standing orders to all appropriate internal departments

**Requirements**:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Also 3-5 years of experience in the litigation support or relevant experience.
