Hardware Management Specialist

**Position is Not Remote**

As a **Hardware Management Specialist,** you will be responsible for managing the inventory of laptops, VoIP handsets configuring them according to company standards, and dispatching them to the appropriate locations. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all laptops and other hardware are maintained and updated.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an accurate inventory of all laptops, including their location and status.
- Configure laptops according to company standards, including installing necessary software and updates.
- Dispatch laptops to the appropriate departments or locations, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work with the IT team to troubleshoot any issues with laptops and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Raise RMA's with Lenovo support and work with asset management software
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
- Attend site to troubleshoot IT peripherals issues within the local area
- Drop off and pickup laptops as and when required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience with laptop configuration and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current technology and trends.
- Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory
