The Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions Specialist (CECSS) will promote ReVision Energy’s mission of reducing fossil fuel consumption and carbon emissions using a consistent and authentic message that instills brand awareness. The CECSS will originate and develop buildable, profitable Electric Vehicle charging systems and energy projects in Massachusetts. The CECSS will advise and assist business owners and community leaders (nonprofits, schools, municipalities) through the EV Charging development and investment process, with an emphasis on the value ReVision Energy’s EV team adds to these projects. By establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, the CCSS will cultivate ReVision Energy’s mission and vision while leading clients toward an investment that will achieve a positive economic and environmental return on investment.

The CECSS will work closely with the Senior Director of E-Mobility and assist in the growth of the EV charging division. CECSS is responsible for developing customer pipeline and alignment with the core target markets with an emphasis on turnkey projects. Target markets will include workplace, multi-unit dwelling (MuD’s), public/commercial, hospitality, destination, fleet, and dealership related charging and other projects where customers seek a turnkey solution to add charging to their premises.

The CECSS will develop lead and opportunity management using ReVision CRM software. This position will also work as needed to assist marketing and customer education through presentations, development of sales materials, and assistance with organizing EV related events. This position reports directly to the Director of EV Charging.

**Roles and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Primary responsibility for building and maintaining long term relationships with thought
leaders, local community groups, schools, business leaders, municipalities, and nonprofits
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including CRM management, lead
generation, site evaluations, financing, development of cash flow analyses and
proposals, negotiating business terms, managing customers’ goals, and moving a project
to contract
- Knowledgeable about the complex renewable energy, electric vehicle and storage
markets in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire including state, federal, and utility
incentive programs
- Evaluate the client’s EV-related goals and provide a comprehensive solution, providing our
clients with a fantastic energy transition experience
- Work directly with the Senior Director of E-Mobility, EV Charging Coordinator, Estimating/Engineering team, the Finance & Development, and Operations departments to develop EVSE projects
- Generating new leads as well as enthusiasm for renewable energy in the community
- Contribute to advocacy efforts to educate the public, regulators, and lawmakers about
the myriad benefits of clean energy and support efforts to promote EV-related policies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project management in the renewable energy or electric vehicle (EV) industry, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and managing client relationships and leading sales processes from lead generation to contract execution.
- Experience working with commercial clients and community organizations (e.g., nonprofits, schools, municipalities).

**Technical Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of electrical contracting EV charging infrastructure and energy storage knowledge a plus.
- Familiarity with state, federal, and utility incentive programs related to renewable energy and EV charging in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead and opportunity management.
- Ability to learn new technology and explain it clearly to others

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders including business leaders, community groups, and government officials.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Competence in financial analysis, including cash flow analysis and development of financial proposals.
- Effective presentation and public speaking skills for marketing and customer education purposes.
