**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform landscaping duties, including planting, mulching, and maintaining green spaces.
- Mow lawns and maintain turf areas.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools.
- Clear brush and logs from work sites.
- Move construction materials to designated areas.
- Assist with demolition tasks as required.
- Move furniture and other items as needed.
- Clean and maintain construction sites, ensuring they are free of debris and hazards.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist skilled workers with various tasks as needed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools.
- Tow a trailer safely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Experience towing a trailer is a plus.
- Chainsaw experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (truck preferred).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
