As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Field Sales Representative **to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. We offer a competitive commission structure for our Field Sales Representatives.

As a **Field Sales Representative** at Drywall Repair, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within Central, NJ. You will be responsible for business-to-business sales, prospecting and qualifying leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Build relationships with contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other skilled trades professionals.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities in the Central, NJ market.
- Maintain accurate sales and operational records using CRM software.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights.

**About you**:

- Excited about working in a startup environment with a fast-growing company
- 3+ years of B2B, Outside Sales experience
- Proven track record of attaining goals and exceeding quotas
- Solid computer skills including CRM Systems and MS Office
- Local to the Central New Jersey area
- Drivers license in good standing as well as a reliable vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You enjoy meeting new people and building relationships

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- This is a Base + Salary position
- Residual commissions on the relationships you build and nurture
- All driving expenses are reimbursed
- Defined territory
- Health Benefits - As a startup company, benefits are still being determined, but it will include some kind of health insurance or stipend
