**Job Overview**:
As a **Construction Software Sales rep **with **Protiv,** you will be a driving force in advancing the growth of our early-stage company. We seek an individual with a relentless passion and energy for sales, recognizing that our mission extends beyond just providing software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convey the unique value proposition of Protiv's B2B SaaS product with conviction and genuine belief in its transformative impact.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, customer contacts, appointments, and similar metrics.
- Fully leverage CRM and other sales tools, including accurate data inputs and detailed notes on customer contacts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, demonstrating a keen understanding of their pain points and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other Protiv teams with an infectious energy, contributing to creative strategies, developing new ideas, implementing effective sales tactics, and being an active participant in our growth as a company.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to industry-specific trade shows and events, embodying Protiv's commitment to workers. Network with potential clients and industry professionals, leaving a lasting impression that extends the reach of Protiv.
- Build and foster positive relationships with clients and team members, embodying Protiv's commitment to Inspiring Human Potential.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven B2B outbound sales and/or appointment-setting experience.
- Experience calling into small/medium businesses in the construction, cleaning, or landscaping industry (2 years preferred)
- Previous experience in the construction industry and familiarity with construction-related terminology.
- Infectious passion and energy for sales Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel to industry trade shows and events 3-5x per year. A typical event will last 3-4 days and include setting up, working the event, meeting with prospective customers, and tearing down the booth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software, including dialing technology.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A proactive and analytical approach to identifying and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Base salary + commission: $60,000 - $85,000 per year.
