Currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Abode Care of Allentown and contribute to the growth and success of our senior living community.

**Position Overview**:
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the occupancy and revenue growth of our senior living community. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, and promoting our community as the premier choice for senior living.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Drive lead generation through various channels, including digital marketing, community outreach, and partnerships.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing personalized and consultative guidance to potential residents and their families.
- **Community Outreach**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships through outside marketing, at minimum two days per week, with local healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabs, community organizations, and influencers to generate referrals and enhance the community's reputation.
- Plan and execute outreach events, seminars, and workshops to increase awareness and engagement.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling collateral and digital content that effectively showcases our community.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in senior living sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving and exceeding occupancy goals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with seniors and their families.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
