and production located in the Lehigh Valley area of Eastern Pennsylvania. We are a dynamic,
progressive family operated company producing brands such as Bartons, Barricini, Chateau, as well as manufacturing private label products for the US and Canadian market. Bazzini has been in business since 1886.

Role: IT Director
Job Summary:

The IT Director is responsible for the IT organization and ensures an optimal composition of the
overall service delivery of the (internal and external) IT function in order to enable and contribute
to strategic and operational success of the company. The IT Director reports to the CFO.

Primary Duties:
•Management: Drive, manage and govern IT function within the following service
domains among others: applications (e.g., ERP, Payroll system), infrastructure, network,
telephony
•Strategy: Develop and maintain a short-term and long-term strategy that consists of
strategic, tactical, and operational IT goals
•Portfolio: Ensure continuous and cost-effective optimization, rationalization, and
modernization of the IT portfolio/services in line with business strategy, business need
and overall IT roadmaps
•Budget: Establish budget for the IT service domains and work together with the Finance
department to set and request the budget
•Service Delivery: Drive and manage the service delivery of the IT organization
•Performance Management: Evaluate performance of internal and external service
delivery parties connected to the IT organization and establish effective operational,
security and compliance risk mitigation to ensure business/IT continuity
•Stakeholder Management: Build, maintain, and enhance trusted relationships with
internal stakeholders as well as IT vendors at strategic and tactical level, aligning and
coordinating objectives of corporate business functions to define objectives and
agreements with vendors
•Project Planning: Establish short-term and long-term planning of projects and how
these relate to the short-term and long-term strategy and goals of the business
•Improvement Initiatives: Define, implement, and manage IT improvement initiatives for
the IT organization to increase maturity of efficiency, innovation, and digitization
•Capabilities: Continuously adapt, adopt, and improve organization's IT capabilities to
ensure availability of latest IT technologies, and solutions relevant for the IT organization

Job Qualifications:
•University degree in Business Information Management, Business Administration,
Business Economics, Economics or Computer Science
•7-10 years of experience in IT management, IT service delivery, project management
and vendor management
•Solid experience in managing traditional and agile IT initiatives, ideally in the consumer
and retail industry
•Ability to successfully deliver and add business value in a global environment and
overcome challenges in remote and dispersed working such as oversea locations,
cultural differences, split time-zones to ensure seamless interaction
•Strong managerial experience across complex and global organizations supported with
excellent global delivery management and relationship management skills
•Solid experience in managing relationships and contractual agreements with IT vendors
and IT partners at strategic and tactical level
•Leadership, negotiation, delegation and influencing skills at highest level
•Strong management of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
•Sound decision-making skills
•Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
