We are looking for a full-time experienced **Project Coordinator,** but this position will also entail administrative and other duties. Project management duties include scheduling meetings, deliveries, part ordering, installation and tracking order progress. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact at our showroom and will directly interface with customers daily.

**Required**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience managing projects in construction or a related industry.
- Ability to read drawings and written specifications.
- Maintain a clean work area supporting shared workstation practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and installation packages.
- Comfortable interacting with architects/designers, builders/contractors and homeowners.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and sample inventory.
- Answers customer calls and sets proper customer expectations.
- Must have HS Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or Associate’s degree (A.A.) preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Desired**:

- Expertise with estimating countertop, cabinetry, installation, and service calls.
- Proven track record in sales.

**Job Type / Pay**:

- Full-time M-F (8 hr shift)
- $18-25 per hour
