**Main Purpose of Job**:
The main purpose of this full-time position will be to:
- Coordinate medical resend corps and PRN Staff including training, placement, and supervision.
- Participate in outreach for recruiting volunteers and interns.
- Coordinate the college interim program for St Mary’s County' Health Department.
- Develop and coordinate the St. Mary’s County' Summer Academy for high school students.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
**Experience**: Two years of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.
**Notes**:
**DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in recruiting and training new employees
**LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS**:
Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
