**What you will do**:
One of the newest and fastest growing product lines at Franklin Sports is the Pickleball Line. Launched in 2016, Franklin Sports has quickly established itself as an industry leader in market growth, brand development and innovation. The Franklin X-40 pickleball is the top ball in the sport and is the official ball of USA Pickleball and the US Open Pickleball Championships. Franklin Sports Pro Roster features many top pros.

The position is located in our Stoughton MA Headquarters location, will report to the Director, International Sales & Partnerships

**IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL**:

- Administrative support in all areas for the International Expansion team
- Coordinate inner departmental marketing deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Follow up and respond to leads
- Be the first contact for external requests
- Handling of assigned data entry, order entry and billing process
- Work overtime and weekends as needed and potential future travel to assigned locations with potential overnight stays internationally.
- Learn to use Power BI and other internal reporting systems to pull reports as needed
- Help to keep internal e-commerce brand store pages up to date
- Other tasks as assigned

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally with focus in business or communications.
- 2+ year of applicable work experience, ideally in the sports industry
- Have prior experience working in person directly with clients and customers
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.

**WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners in the sport
- High degree of confidentiality and ethical behavior
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to grasp new technology and assimilate into an existing environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer user skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and overtime on occasion
- Ability and willingness to occasional travel via car, train and plane (international travel will require a valid passport)
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to work cross functionally with all levels in the organization

**LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the requires ability to independently follow up on pending item and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This position does not supervise employees.
