The 3rd Key Associate works flexible hours and shifts scheduled and determined by business needs at the time. This means you must be available to work on Saturdays.
- Acts on behalf of and performs most duties of Store Manager when manager is not present.
- Acts as a key associate for customer and store staff questions and concerns.
- Exhibits ability to lead and provide direction in terms of store operations and personnel development.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Opens and closes store, setting and deactivating alarm as required.
- Receives and resolves customer complaints and provides excellent Customer Service to build overall and individual sales of store products.
- Rings sales at cash register, including receiving and tendering of cash.
- Insures bank deposits are made on daily basis.
- Ensures cash in register is counted daily.
- Closes daily sales record and runs daily sales reports.
- Coordinates material transfers of products from one store to another or from factory to store.
- Tints and eye match paint.
- Coordinates stocking shelves and stock room according to plans.
- Receives and fills telephone orders from stock or orders special items.
- Communicates with Outside Sales force.
- Assures the store is clean and orderly with regard to sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and cleaning restrooms.
- Makes deliveries to customer job sites as needed.
