GS-11 $90,310.00 - $117,400.00

**Key Requirements**
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance

**Mission Statement**:
The mission of the FBI is to protect the American People and uphold the Constitution of the United States.

**Major Duties**:
GS-09:

- Provide administrative support regarding the coordination of FBI programs related to wellness and resilience
- Researches, analyzes and evaluates information to ensure optimal financial uses of wellness program resources
- Liaison for internal and external partners in order to obtain participation and information regarding office needs in order to create a network of wellness services and resources
- Establishes the proper documentation for the Division's Wellness Program that advertises the procedures, and presentation for upcoming wellness events

GS-11 in combination to the GS-09 above:

- Manages, oversees, and surveys Wellness Team Committee for the Division personnel by scheduling and leading meeting to discuss data, employee feedback and potential upgrades to wellness space
- Collaborate with members in order to address the needs of the dedicated space of the Division for wellness

**Specialized Experience (SE)**:
GS-09: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 grade level. SE is defined as follows:

- Experience in techniques and methods regarding the administrating and coordination of a wellness program
- Experience in monitoring financial resources that meet the agencies requirements
- Experience in providing guidance on personnel matters related to wellness matters

GS-11: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level. SE is defined as follows:

- Experience in creating, maintaining, and updating wellness events
- Experience in creating and promoting health information including wellness brochures/handouts

**Education**

All degrees must be from an accredited college or university. Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:
**GS-9**: Applicant must have a master’s or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.

**GS-11**:Applicant must have a Ph.D. OR equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related.
