**Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accurate measurements
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or deviations from specifications
- Analyze data and test results to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records
- Follow established quality systems and procedures, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Fabricate test samples or mock-ups for testing purposes
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or similar standards
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and other quality inspection tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Note: This is a paid position, as we believe in compensating all employees for their valuable contributions.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
