Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Job Description

We are hiring for an Quality Control Technician (Entry Level - Mid Level). You will conduct in-process and finished product quality checks/inspections, test processing batches and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications, interpret and record results of all checks/inspections performed, and document results in accordance with established processes and procedures. Additional responsibilities include performing Critical Control verifications, following Hold procedures for non-conforming material or products, retaining samples for Mold Study, reviewing in-process and finished product paperwork, reporting any issues regarding food safety or quality to management and applicable supervisors, and performing other tasks or duties as required by the QA Manager.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chicago, Illinois.
