**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic **Pilates Studio Manager** to join us in our wellness mission. Our Studio Manager (SM) maintains smooth and efficient business operations, builds and fosters relationships in the studio, and creates an exceptional customer experience. The SM provides administrative support and manages client care, day-to-day studio operations, and a small team of Front Desk Administrators. **Responsibilities**:

- Front Desk Administration
- Book appointments and class reservations, manage client profiles and schedules, purchase services
- Prepare daily studio paperwork (schedules, reports, files, etc.)
- Client communication and follow-up
- Promote and sell services
- Host virtual Pilates classes on Zoom
- Manage Client Care
- Ensure a high level of customer service and hospitality
- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Resolve any customer issues that arise
- Studio Operations Management
- Ensure the studio is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Manage studio systems (i.e. Mindbody software, Zoom, ActiveCampaign)
- Manage studio operational procedures, processes, and policies
- Conduct regular management meetings
- Oversee sales and promotions
- Manage supply inventory
- Manage equipment maintenance checks
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Team Management
- Ensure all daily operating tasks are completed
- Ensure all studio processes and procedures are followed
- Conduct regular Front Desk meetings
- Hire, train, and develop Front Desk administrative staff

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Previous business or office administration experience
- Previous management experience
- Previous sales and marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Mac, Excel, Word, Mindbody experience is a plus.)
