**Overview**:
**Duties Include**:

- Performs full evaluation of online information, retrieval, and triage of that information, preparing reports for physician evaluation and approval for entry into the EMR of patients with pacemakers, ICD’s, and ILR’s
- Application, troubleshooting, and monitoring of MCOT and Holter monitors
- Troubleshoot remote monitor and device issues and take immediate steps toward resolution. Able to identify critical cardiac rhythms and rhythm EKG analysis with proficiency and evaluate for notification criteria.
- Monitor and manage remote alerts daily from all device websites, retrieval, and triage of that information, preparing full disclosure reports for physician approval based on notification protocols.
- Create, review, and send remote monitoring final reports to Physician for interpretation
- Schedule monitor appointments and interrogation appointments correctly.
- Ensure all charges are entered accurately daily to include correct diagnoses codes along with referral information for insurance purposes
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED - REQUIRED
- Cardiac device management experience and/or EKG experience
- Two or more years of cardiology experience
- Extensive understanding of medical terminology
- Familiar with Google docs
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong anatomy knowledge to accurately place electrodes
- This role is a full-time in office position, 40 hours/ week, Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm (flexible start/end times).
