- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the company's customer base
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats to the business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of services and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends
- Attend industry conferences and events to build networks and promote the company's services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the freight forwarding industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, including product, customs regulations, documentation, and pricing
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
