The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for planning and implementing marketing programs targeted toward existing and new markets.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES





Marketing Communications:



Create marketing communications. Manage the on-going marketing calendar for assigned product portfolio.



Advertising and Promotion



Create B2B integrated promotional campaigns with the goal of acquiring and retaining customers and raising awareness while effectively communicating to management of the benefits of each campaign. Supports the marketing department by analyzing, planning, and executing different promotional marketing projects. Coordinates marketing events, identifies potential events, and handles the logistics to plan and execute. Provides merchandising support.



Market Research and Analysis:



Manage market research and benchmarking of target markets, analysis of company products in relation to competitors. Conduct surveys.





REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience. 5-7 years experience in consumer marketing. Great attitude with a “Whatever It Takes” mentality. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task on a timeline. Strong oral, written and presentation skills. Strong Project Management skills Great organizational skills Ability to analyze sales reports and survey results.
