Caregivers Needed Full and Park Time Work

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Ensure the safety and security of residents at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications:

- Experience in caregiving or a related field such as hospice care or direct support
- Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of healthcare systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Background in nursing or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
