We have openings for Caregivers to join our team in both full-time and part-time capacities. Full-time Caregivers will work on a 24-hour shift schedule, providing continuous care and support to clients in need. Part-time Caregivers will work 12-hour shifts, offering essential care and assistance to clients on a flexible schedule. Both positions require a compassionate and dedicated approach to caregiving, as well as a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Hours - 24-Hour Shift - Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts - Part-Time
Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri and some weekend
Pay Rate : $15-$17/hr




Responsibilities:


  • Provide compassionate care and support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans and preferences.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medications and assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Monitor client's condition and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and receive training is essential.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and their families.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Must be willing and able to work on a 24-hour shift schedule for full-time positions and 12-hour shifts for part-time positions.
