In this fast-paced, high energy environment where great guest service is essential, how do we keep guests informed about all the exciting things happening at Potawatomi Hotel and Casino? As a Digital Media Coordinator on our Marketing team, you will assist the Media team by keeping our digital communications up-to-date and accurate. While carrying out the job duties listed below, you will contribute to our continued success by demonstrating unsurpassed guest service, a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and personal and professional dedication to our mission, vision, and values.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)**
- Perform day-to-day execution of all aspects of digital communications to support our corporate and brand marketing initiatives, including but not limited to keyword research, analysis, ranking, and scoring; Search Engine Optimization (SEO) competitive analysis/Search Engine Marketing (SEM); pay per click (PPC) advertising; social media; blogging; mobile marketing; link building; display ads; website design; site traffic reporting; and emerging digital channels.
- Photograph events, and other occasions as necessary
- Create and maintain social posts and calendars, including social media contesting, promotions, and offers. Position will specifically focus on HR social media management and reputation.
- Post updates, answer posts/tweets as assigned, and monitor online reputation sites.
- Create monthly traffic and conversion reports for our website, including site analytics, SEM/SEO, social media, and other metrics.
- Support the Senior Digital Media Specialist and Digital Specialist in efforts to ensure that the department achieves its goals.
- Assist in creating and implementing effective organic search and paid search to increase web traffic. Understand how social media impacts search traffic.
- Attend events as necessary to create engaging content.
- Collaborate with HR Teams to identify goals, needs and specific recruiting tactics.
- Research social media marketing and advertising campaigns. Monitor trends in social media and provide information to managers. With a focus on HR recruitment and trends.
- Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations.
- Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Qualifications**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2 years of experience in a marketing role are preferred.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field can take the place of one year of experience and is preferred.
- Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to use strong organization skills and attention to detail to accurately handle multiple job duties and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
- The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
- The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move freely throughout the office and property for duration of scheduled shift. The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. The team member is required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds occasionally, with assistance. Team member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

**Working Conditions**
The noise level is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases. The facility is not smoke free.
