Our client is looking to hire an Media Specialist to add to their team full-time in Milwaukee, WI


LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)


TARGET START DATE: Immediate


JOB TYPE: Direct Hire


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage incoming advertising requests, communicate with vendors for updates on inventory and pricing, and assist the Media Manager and Senior Media Buyer in finalizing decisions.
  • Support media planning, input inventory availability, issue orders, and coordinate creative asset development and file trafficking.
  • Handle media invoice auditing, collaborate with Accounting for approval and reconciliation, and maintain vendor relationships and contact information.
  • Assist Marketing Department on campaigns, research digital advertising trends, and stay updated on relevant media trends.
  • Handle department paperwork and perform tasks in compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of relevant marketing, advertising or media experience
  • Well-versed in Excel and is quick to pick up new software and processes
  • Proven experience navigating multiple reporting systems
  • Ability to project management and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are self-motivated and require minimal direction to get jobs done
