Overview**: 1 year experience**

**Duties**:

- Operate milling machines to fabricate parts as per specifications
- Set up and adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Package finished products for shipment
- Perform basic programming tasks for machine operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

**Experience**:

- Prior experience as a Mill Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in using tools like Fanuc controls and SolidWorks software
- Mechanical knowledge for tooling setup and adjustments
- Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure precision in machining
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

**Skills**:

- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Proficiency in tooling setup and adjustment
- Ability to fabricate parts according to specifications
