**HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Set up (editing programs) and operate multiple CNC vertical mills with bar feeders
- Select, adjust and change tooling per requirements in work order packets, blueprints and drawings
- Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts and sample pieces
- Inspect and measure finished products to meet quality assurance requirements
- Perform basic care and maintenance of machines and tooling, and maintain a clean and organized work area

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- KEY REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION_
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with CNC Mills
- Experience with Mazak machines is preferred; other experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, Tsugami, Miyano or Swiss machines is helpful
- Knowledge of machining processes, tolerances and tooling and ability to read/interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and shop math skills with demonstrated capability of using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges
- Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations (i.e. lockout/tagout, machine guarding)
- Effective communication skills: must be able read and write clearly and concisely in English and understand/follow written work instructions and company procedures.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be capable of lifting/moving up to 40 pounds periodically throughout the shift and standing/walking/bending/squatting regularly throughout the workday.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNC certificate/training preferred

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
