Our Office Administrator will play a vital role in all bakery operations and must be able to quickly master new skills and systems while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. **Responsibilities of the job include**:
- Managing incoming phone calls (answering inquiries, redirecting calls as appropriate, and taking accurate messages)
- Providing general support to in-house visitors
- Developing and maintaining a filing system in an organized manner at all times
- Assisting General Manager with recruiting and staffing needs
- Onboarding all employees and rehires in ADP, completing I-9 verifications, and processing E-Verify reports
- Assisting Human Resources with benefits enrollment process
- Handling confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
- Entering all production packing slips in Red Zone software
- Aligning all packing slips with invoices upon receipt
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
- Managing key card distribution and access
- Running general reports on a regular basis
- Completing ordering and tracking for sanitation supplies inventory
- Completing ordering and tracking for uniform apparel inventory
- Supporting General Manager and Supervisors with operational tasks
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Minimum high school diploma
- Fluent English/Spanish proficiency, both spoken and written
- Authorization to work in the US
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Superior time management skills
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
