Word Processor/technical Typist/document Production

**About us**

GeoSoils is a geotechnical and environmental engineering consulting firm which was founded in 1974.

GeoSoils provides environmentally sound solutions and comprehensive market-oriented geotechnical, geological, coastal, environmental and laboratory services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and format geological, geotechnical, environmental and coastal hazard and wave runup studies using Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.
- Prepare fee proposals, budget updates, requests for change orders and general correspondence.
- Oversee wide format imaging printing and oversize map folding.
- Ensure timely production of high-quality documents, while meeting deadlines.
- Assist with marketing proposal preparation, laboratory quality manual, and front desk coverage.
- Use basic abilities to produce creative projects using Paint, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Publisher.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree (BA or others) in Business Administration preffered.

Preffered Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a similar environment is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in addition to Adobe, Paint and WordPerfect.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and clients
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with accounting softwares is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
