**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Alarming Monitoring
- Fix agent engagement.
- troubleshooting the alarm
- Monitoring tools such as Granite or remedy
- Experience in Network - need to be interested in networking.
- Basic understanding of Cisco
- based commands and use
- Familiar with OSI models and routing protocols.

- CCNA or CCNP
