Spring Oak Senior Living is actively seeking Front Desk Concierge for our Forked River, NJ location. The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing a warm welcome by greeting all who contact the community in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Currently looking for Part Time. Afternoon/evening hours M-F and Weekends** **_

**Schedule: Part Time, Evening shift, Monday-Friday/Weekends**

**Pay: $15.75 Per Hour, Bi-Weekly Pay cycle**

**General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Greets visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.
- Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present.
- Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Route calls accurately and take messages as appropriate.

**Job Requirements include and are not limited to**:

- Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and have the ability to deal effectively with a variety of people and personalities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities.
- Possess general clerical skills including typing, computer knowledge and data entry. Ability to multi-task and maintain accurate employee and resident lists as requested.
- Must be able to express self adequately and communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and all visitors.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
