As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are first point of contact for our cherished patients and are an integral part in the clinic’s operations. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who excels at communication and embraces the challenge of keeping the clinic running smoothly. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience through efficient task management and empathetic interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 5 - 7 years of customer service experience is preferred
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Capable of working independently in a moderately paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients.
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, processing payments, and updating patient records.
- Maintain high standards of patient service and care.
- Ensure timely communication and management of the doctor’s schedule.
- Handle office interruptions smoothly to maintain operational flow.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
