Real Estate and Personal Assistant Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Real Estate Support:

- Assist in managing listings, including uploading photos, creating descriptions, and updating online platforms.
- Coordinate scheduling for property showings, inspections, and open houses.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and other paperwork related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing strategies and market trends.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel accommodations as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
- Handle phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate parties.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Client Relations:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist with client onboarding and paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately.
- Personal Assistance:

- Run personal errands, such as shopping, dry cleaning, and meal preparation, as requested.
- Manage household tasks, including organizing appointments, coordinating repairs, and overseeing maintenance services.
- Assist with personal scheduling, making reservations, and planning events or travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or administrative fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in real estate administration or related roles preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for running errands.

Additional Information:

- This position may require occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate real estate events or personal commitments.
- Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
