Bilingual Loan Officer (Spanish/English)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage loan needs while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both Spanish and English, possess active DRE licensing and hold an MLO license.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents and referral partners to generate mortgage loan leads
• Conduct financial analysis to determine loan eligibility and provide suitable loan options to clients
• Collect and review necessary documentation from borrowers to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Guide clients through the loan application process (explaining terms, conditions and requirements)
• Ensure smooth and timely loan closings for clients
• Stay current with industry regulations and market trends to provide accurate and reliable information
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Active DRE licensing and MLO license are mandatory
• Proven track record of success as a Loan Officer with a strong network of referral sources
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination processes and industry regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in relevant software applications and mortgage loan origination systems
