CEC is currently seeking a** Foreman **based in Clinton, Iowa.

Our **Foremen** are responsible for working closely with Superintendents and fellow team members to ensure accuracy on the job sites and assist in project completion and troubleshooting. Foremen must be well-rounded in **building work **(steel erection, wood/post frame, fabrication, etc.), **concrete work** (slabs, foundations, pre-build work, etc.), and **general contracting** work. This position is responsible for overseeing the field operations on multiple projects, including tracking production quantities and comparing estimated costs in order to meet or exceed job specifications. In addition, the Foreman is key to ensuring safety, supervising field personnel, and communicating effectively with multiple teams. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, trouble shooting and critical thinking.

- Construction, structural concrete, steel/metal building, wood/post frame building experience.
- Demonstrated leadership & coaching experience in a previous work environment.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural plans, specifications, and drawings. You must also be able to use an iPad and computer equipment regularly.
