We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team at Clinton Engineering, a leading general contractor and construction company in the Clinton Community.

Job Summary:

The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the field operations on multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and quality control, and supervising a team of 5+ personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel erection, concrete work, and general contracting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee field operations on multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and quality control
  • Supervise a team of 5+ personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Track production quantities and compare estimated costs to meet or exceed job specifications
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and communicate effectively with multiple teams
  • Read and interpret architectural/structural plans, specifications, and drawings

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in steel erection, concrete work, and general contracting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Basic technology skills to use an iPad and computer equipment regularly
  • Team player with a Can-Do attitude and desire to be part of a successful team
