**What You'll Do**:

- **Deepen your knowledge of the Rolex brand history, collections, and technical specifications to confidently advise and educate clients.**Build rapport with guests, understand their preferences, and curate personalized experiences that exceed expectations.**Present Rolex products and guide clients through the purchasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.**Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, from initial welcome to post-purchase care.**Uphold the high standards of service expected at GEARYS Beverly Hills, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.**

**What We're Looking For**:

- **A genuine enthusiasm for Rolex timepieces and a desire to share your knowledge with others.**3-5 years of experience in a luxury sales environment, preferably with a focus on watches and jewelry.**A proven track record of exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.**Strong understanding of luxury watch brands.**Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with a diverse clientele.**A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.**A polished and professional demeanor that reflects the luxury environment of GEARYS Beverly Hills.**
