**SCFF is currently seeking**:

- Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Specialists/DSPs in Berks County (Reading, Exeter, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Fleetwood, Douglasville)
- Pay range of $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, education and the needs of the person served.
- Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 for full time and $250 for part-time employment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, physical and tuberculosis test.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with activities of daily living such as proper hygiene, cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning.
- Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities.
- Administer medications and log activity promptly.
- Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system.
- Effectively communicate with other team members
