As a Capital Markets Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial health and supporting the overall mission of YNHHS.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Capital Markets Analyst, you’ll provide crucial analytical and transactional support across our debt, credit, and investment portfolios. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Investment Performance**: Calculate and validate investment performance across various portfolios.
- **Portfolio Management**: Perform regular investment rebalancing to meet asset allocation targets.
- **Communication**: Liaise with custodians, consultants, investment managers, and other partners to ensure smooth operations.
- **Due Diligence**: Conduct operational due diligence for external providers.
- **Account Management**: Coordinate the opening of new investment accounts.
- **Transaction Management**: Manage the wire transfer process for capital calls, fee payments, and rebalancing.
- **Reporting**: Create and produce investment-related materials and reports.
- **Research**: Assist in manager research and support the investment team.
- **Audit Support**: Participate in the annual audit and tax filing processes.
- **Financial Modeling**: Develop and maintain financial models related to investments and capital structure.
- **Efficiency Enhancement**: Analyze and implement processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and controls.
- **Presentations**: Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Cross-Functional Support**: Provide coverage for additional Treasury functions, including Insurance & Risk Management and Treasury Operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in mathematics, finance, computer science, physics, or related fields. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- **Experience**: 2-7 years in capital markets roles such as investment banking, investment management, or similar fields. Other relevant analytical, reporting, or accounting experience will be considered.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of economics, finance, accounting, and investment markets.
- **Licensure**: Willingness to pursue investment qualifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) with a preference for obtaining the Investment Foundations certificate from CFA Institute within two years.
